I had tried everything before learning about The Rejuvenation Center. When I came to The Rejuvenation Center I was experiencing a lot of back pain which was interfering with my life, with my children and students. I was unable to sit on the floor for long periods of time or lean over students desks. Through my treatment my pain decreased and was once again able to get to their level and participate. I am glad I came here because I learned how to achieve and maintain a correct neutral posture. I never realized how important and critical this is to body mechanics. Now that I'm a lot closer to a neutral position I can feel a significant decrease in overall pain. I feel pretty darn good as compared to when I first came here. Jodi was my therapist and I am glad she was able to make sure that I could stay with her throughout the rest of my treatment. She is very good at what she does and it shows thru her determination to get you to succeed. That's important becuase it makes the treatment easier to go thru when you fully understand what is happening as you progress and what is expected of you at the end of treatment. Jodi explains everything and makes patients feel at ease and comfortable to ask any questions. |
