Free Consultation

All candidates for our Spine Rehabilitation Program will be given a free no obligation consultation, regardless of how they heard about our center or whether or not their physician referred them to us. This visit is an important part of each patient’s experience with us because it answers some key questions and gives specific direction for the rest of the program. The consultation is set up to answer questions like: “Who are you?”, “How is your program different from other types of therapy I have tried?”, “Am I a candidate for your program?”, “Will my insurance plan cover the care?” and “What will be the final out of pocket expense if I sign up for your program?”

The consultation consists of 3 parts: 1) a group information session, 2) a one-on-one spine history interview, including a personal tour of the clinic, and 3) a one-on-one discussion with the billing department to answer all insurance and billing questions. The purpose of the group presentation will be to go over the specific components of our specialized spine rehab program and to answer any questions regarding care, candidacy and expected outcomes. The one-on-one interview allows us to go over the specifics of each patient’s back or neck pain history, the results of their X-rays, MRIs or CT Scans, and whether or not they are a candidate for our program. The tour of the facility will include staff introductions as well as visual overviews of each clinical treatment area and information about how a patient progresses through each area. The discussion with the billing department provides each candidate a detailed description and line-item expense sheet for the part of the program they qualify for. During the course of this visit, each candidate gets enough information to make a well informed decision about starting therapy at The Rejuvenation Center.
