You Have Nothing to Lose and
Everything to Gain

1910 South 72nd Street, Suite 302,
Omaha, NE 68124

As a Nationally Certified Postural Restoration Center our spine team will assess your spine, pelvis and rib cage positions as it relates to your joint and muscle function. One on one therapy sessions are established to instruct you on specific exercises which not only will relieve your pain but can be translated into a personalized home exercise program for long term care.
If you have a bulging, degenerative, or herniated disc, Spinal Decompression may be used in combination with our Specialized Spine Therapy and Core Stabilization to treat your pain syndrome. Each treatment creates a low pressure inside your disc aiding in the reduction of your bulge/herniation and increasing the water, oxygen and key nutrients into the damaged or degenerated disc aiding in healing the process.

Our expertise as a nationally certified Postural Restoration Center allows us to go beyond back and neck care to successfully treat all of your pain syndromes — these include:
  • Headaches
  • Jaw/TMJ
  • Shoulder
  • Scoliosis
  • Rib Cage/Breathing Mechanics
  • Elbow
  • Lumbar and Cervical Spine
  • Hip
  • Pelvic Floor
  • Incontinence
  • Knee
  • Foot/Ankle (including custom orthotics)
  • And More

The Rejuvenation Center Athletic Performance Team is excited to offer you a one on one specialized biomechanical screening which will assess your:
  • Muscle position
  • Performance leverage across both the pelvis and rib cage
  • Patterns of weakness
  • Muscle imbalances
  • Abdominal muscle utilization and
  • Respiratory mechanics
Problems with any one of these areas may limit your optimal athletic performance and increase your chance of injury during training or performance.
If faulty patterns are identified, your specialist will train you on how to utilize left and right sided muscles in their correct position and how to balance muscle firing sequences during your athletic performance. As you apply these principles your speed, agility, strength and coordination will improve and your chances of injury will be greatly reduced.
